Students in the Skidmore College gender studies course “Lived Feminism: Engagement and Praxis” examine artwork from the collection to discuss how political messages are presented and how “effectiveness” can be defined in conveying such messages. Later in the semester students create posters to share their own political messages with the Skidmore community.
