SoundMind is a workshop that combines meditation, sensory awareness, and aesthetic activation of the breath, body, and voice. Alone, in pairs, and as a group, participants will explore resonance and vibration through touching, listening, and collaborative creation. Developed and led by Skidmore Professor Adam Tinkle, SoundMind is open to all, and will take place on the second Thursday of every month in Liz Collins — Energy Field at the Tang Museum.
This week’s SoundMind workshop is 5:00-6:00 pm, Thursday, November 10, 2016, and is free and open to the public.
