Franklin Community Center provides programs and services to less fortunate children and families in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles and positive change. Our unique, comprehensive approach offers others a chance to improve their own lives with the services we provide. We offer guidance and advocacy to those in need, while providing a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
