Community ASL Workshop

The interior of the Tang, featuring the Atrium and interior staircase; light streams in through the window and the angular architecture of the building is clear.

Join us Monday, March 20, at 6:30 pm, for a 90-minute workshop that introduces Deaf history and culture, American Sign Language, and basic ASL vocabulary and grammar. This program, offered in conjunction with the exhibition Christine Sun Kim: Oh Me Oh My, will be taught by Colette Steves, a certified ASL instructor.

Registration for this workshop is no longer available, as it has reached capacity.

This is a beginner workshop, no ASL experience necessary. Voiced ASL interpreter will be included. The same workshop will be offered again on April 17. Content will be similar, but participants can attend multiple workshops.
