Join us Tuesday, February 7, at 4 pm for a beginner-friendly yoga practice at the Tang. Connect breath, movement, and art as we look at artwork, followed by an art-inspired yoga practice. This is a great way to unwind from the daily stresses of classes and college life, and to work on mindfulness while surrounded by the art and architecture of the Tang. Class will be taught by Emily Costa, a certified yoga instructor.

This class is free and is open to the Skidmore community (current faculty, staff, and students). Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring your own yoga mat and any props you might need for your practice. Note that this class has a participant limit; registration is required via this Google form.

Additional Asana Through Art workshops will be held on March 7 and April 11.
