Join us in person on Thursday, March 3, at 6 pm, for a screening of live action and stop-motion animated shorts selected and presented by exhibiting artist Lauren Kelley, whose work is currently on view on the Mezzanine in Lauren Kelley: Location Scouting. The banality, toys, and Technicolor dioramas employed in these works helped influence Kelley’s own off-kilter style and experimental narratives.

The Tang Teaching Museum’s series Whole Grain explores classic and contemporary work in experimental film and video. Whole Grain is programmed by Assistant Director for Engagement Tom Yoshikami. All events are free and open to the public.
