Join us in person on Thursday, October 21, at 6 pm, for a live screen printing and film screening event featuring socially engaged projects conceived of and presented by students in Reimagining Representation (AR 351K), taught by Visiting Assistant Professor Lindsay Buchman. Read more about the course’s past projects on their Art & Ideas page.

Students in the class work collaboratively to form alliances across social and racial justice causes, reflecting on how the history of art and design have been utilized within the act of protest, organizing, and intersectional movement building. Together, these student-led initiatives seek to raise questions and awareness by advocating for structural change, providing ways to get involved, and sharing self-reflective tools for creating a more equitable future.
