Tang at Home Studio: Expressive Suits

Sticker design with "TANG AT HOME STUDIO" in white lettering over a blue and orange striped background.

Join us for Tang at Home Studio on Saturday, November 6, at 11:00 am to talk about art, make art, and share — all conducted via Zoom.

This week we will explore several of Nick Cave’s Soundsuits that have been exhibited at the Tang and what ideas he was thinking about when creating these dynamic, wearable pieces. Our discussion will be our inspiration for thinking about what soundsuits we would create and what they could mean when worn out in the world! Don’t forget to come to the workshop wearing your favorite outfit!

Tang at Home Studios are free, however, registration is required and space is limited.
Register for the event.

Once you register, you will receive project instructions, a list of materials, and a link to Sunday’s Zoom meeting. Register early, as space is limited. Registration will close once the workshop reaches capacity.

If you have any questions, please email Museum Educator Sunny Ra at sra@skidmore.edu.
