Join us this week for Tang at Home Studio: Wrapped in Tradition! Register beginning Monday, August 3, to learn about and be inspired by artist Wendy Red Star and explore how clothing can help tell stories about our traditions, memories, and ourselves, and then join us for a live Zoom event at 2:00 PM Friday, August 7 (registration details below).
Hosted by Tang Museum Educator Sunny Ra, and geared toward children age 5 to 12 accompanied by a parent or other adult, the hour-long live session will focus on sharing with the group the outfits that you put together to tell your own story!
Before Friday’s live event, check out these instructions here.
Tang at Home Studio: Wrapped in Tradition is free, however, registration is required and space is limited.
Once you register, you will receive confirmation, project instructions, and a Zoom link. Registration will close once the event reaches capacity.
If you have any questions, please email Museum Educator Sunny Ra at firstname.lastname@example.org.
